Good price

Well, it was overall ok, just a couple of things i found not ok. For example, the room was not clean properly, it was very dusty on the surfaces and floors. The toilet bowl was dirty and had old toilet outside stuck on the rim and the access door would not locked properly and i hurt myself when i tried to open it when i leave. There area was mostly commercial, nothing close enough like dining or convenience store just noisy. The good side is that it well located to subway access.

Excellent Stay at Nova Hotel – Highly Recommended

I booked this hotel for my trip to New York, and I can only recommend it. The rooms are exceptionally clean, surprisingly spacious for New York standards, and tastefully furnished. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The lock on the room I received at check-in wasn’t working properly—not a major issue, but despite already having taken a nap and a shower, they immediately offered me a new room. This level of service truly impressed me. The hotel is just a short 3-minute walk from the L Train subway, which takes you to Manhattan in about 10 minutes, an extremely convenient location. The price-performance ratio at this hotel is unbeatable. I truly hope they maintain these fair prices in the future, and I will definitely stay at Nova Hotel again on my next visit to NYC!

Sam at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She got us check in without any problems or issues. Gurjeet the housekeeper he is very nice good at his job. My room was always clean and smelling fresh when I would get back to my room.
