Everything is good except we had a little problem with AC on Sunday (it’s hard to find an AC service during weekends I guess). Nice staff, quite place, located at a short distance from subway station of L, but weekends L may not run at this station

The room was fine, but the bathroom was disgusting. There was long hair in the sink and on the floor when I checked in and there were small little flying bugs in the shower. There was exposed wiring above the shower and it was quite obvious that corners of the bathroom and shower hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Parking situation very much less than ideal. Not well-communicated as to location, where to park in lot, and exact amount of payment and how to pay. Room temperature was 83 degrees upon entry and we had hoped to nap before going out for the evening. Toilet was not flushing properly upon arrival. The location's only positive is that it is close to the subway. The area is abysmal...unattractive and strange for a hotel....in the middle of warehouses and junkyards. Totally unacceptable.
