BK Stand Up!

Although this was a 1-night stay, I was stunned at how beautiful the hotel was. The photos do no justice. It is really beautiful, and a relaxing atmosphere. Low lights, earthy tones all around, room was very modern and the view was amazing from the 11th floor. Beds were very comfortable, bedding was clean and soft to the touch. Overall, 9 out of 10. Hopefully, I have the opportunity to visit this beauty again and fully bask in the ambiance.

I stay at the ACE Brooklyn whenever I can -- it is really well located between a number of very cute and fun neighborhoods. There are lots of bars and cafes around. The team is VERY friendly and accommodating. The gym is small but nice.

A nice hotel but no coffee in the room!

Ace is a very nice hotel, good location, comfortable and neat rooms, no extras. Disappointed that there was no coffee in the room, which which is unheard of for any hotel - at least this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in 40+ years without coffee packets, sugar, sweetener in the room.

Might be the only NYC hotel I stay at now

The location is in a great part of Brooklyn. Access to many MTA lines to get to Manhattan, Queens, as well as Brooklyn restaurants, bars, parks, museums. Staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful with suggestions and services.
