Lovely room; clean and comfortable; good amenities with restaurant, access to bagel shop next door and great bar! Courteous and helpful staff; our third visit as close to our daughter and grandsons in Brooklyn; we’ll definitely be back! BUT where were the Christmas decorations; just a Christmas tree in restaurant??

Amazing hotel, top to bottom. Check-in and check-out were both great, rooms amazing, and the location is excellent. Aside from two negative experiences with a rude front desk guy, and an *insanely* rude/snobby bartender, all of the staff were wonderful. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to others. 4.5/5 we hope to be back!
