Didn't like: The area is reputed to be unsafe after dark, the nearest subway stop is a bit far. Liked: The bed is huge and comfortable, the breakfast is diverse and of high quality, though the dining area is a bit small. Check-in/checkout was very fast.

Nice hotel

Clean and modern hotel. The area is not the best but the hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. No complaints about service. They have a kitchen area if you need to warm food and also have sodas for a fee. They offer breakfast.

Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Staff honest, returned money we forgot in the safe. Only issue is the elevator. Too many guests and floors for the limited elevators. But otherwise great. Would go again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. the staff was pleasant and helpful, parking was free and easy. The only small downfall the location is industrial and not a pleasant view. As I said small downfall I will be rebooking.

The good: perhaps the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen. I mean like WOW. It was so clean I decided to draw a bath. I NEVER do that in a hotel. Service was friendly and accomodating. The room was also clean and well-appointed, but too much furniture made it feel smaller than it was. The bad: who thought this would be a great place to build a hotel. Yes, yes, NY real estate is at a premium, but my god, the neighborhood is run-down dirty industrial. A hotel in NY from which you cannot walk to a restaurant, a drugstore, a bodega, or anything. It exists in complete isolation from civilization. The ugly: I had an unusual evening in which i had to come and go from the hotel with some frequency. I left around 11 pm and returned around 11:45 pm. Upon my return there was a rather dour woman loitering in the lobby conversing with the desk clerk. Not a problem, but her grumbling hung in the air. As soon as i got to my room I realized I left my phone in the car and headed back out to get it. As i passed by i heard her chortle something about my tank top. Very derisive. As I came back in again and headed for the elevator she called out, "love your shirt," "very fashionable," "looks good on you, very manly." And her tone of voice made it clear she meant none of those compliments.
