Are you going to spend a lot of time in your room when visiting a vibrant city like NYC? For me the answer is absolutely not! The room is very small with a tiny bathroom, but everything is spotlessly clean and the bed is comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. This is the perfect base of operations to explore NYC from, a short walk and the L train brings you to Union Square in a couple of minutes.

Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, & I loved it. What more do you need? The room lent itself to a very resourceful way to furnish a room ... clever, clean, bright, dark, & comfortable. The only amenity for food, snacks, & liquids was filtered water and morning coffee. However there was a convenience store next door. This was my second time staying at a POD in New York. I would definitely stay again. POD Brooklyn is in a nice neighborhood, 3 blocks to Subway, one block to drug store, 2 blocks to Whole Foods, & surrounded by very decent restaurants.

This is the first time we stay at a “POD” style hotel. It was definitely too “cozy” for us but that is not the hotel’s fault. It’s just an experience for us that will help us in the future. What really got us to give it just passing grade is that the toilet is inside the shower, which is small anyway. Basically, it does not seem a very clean experience to take a shower like that. Otherwise the hotel is very good. Its location is great and the staff is very nice.

Great hotel in the heart of Williamsburg. Hotel is so super clean and a great lounge area for work. It’s near the L station that goes right into Manhattan. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!
