Omg this was like a scene out of the old retro movie The Wanderers, the hotel is beside a dodgy dark over pass road, couldnt believe the state of the area, loud voices, probably dodgy dealings in alot of the crappy cars parked up, Inside the accom a rather unsavory character behind the counter, in the room hole in Duvet cover, top window latch broken, which made me feel even more unsafe, we put our suitcases against window and i pushed the fridge against the door, loud voices in other rooms, and for some weird reason All the emergency exit doors were open, thankgod i only booked 1 nite, we we ubered to the area btween the bridges along river, had a fab time ther for a few hours then had to go back to crap central, dont stay here

You may think it’s cheap and will be ok, but just avoid it. I checked out a day earlier as I just couldn’t take it. Bed felt like it was going to break at any moment, sink and shower taps almost fell off, I had to get my card rezapped every day to get into my room. Horrible horrible experience

Health Concerns Not Addressed We booked a three-night stay but were immediately met with a strong smoke smell in the rooms and hallways. With our children’s asthma, we realized this posed a serious health risk. Unfortunately, when we requested to cancel the remaining nights due to this issue, we faced poor communication. The staff stated they had no way of reaching a manager, and despite multiple emails, we received no response. While we understand cancellation policies, it was disappointing that no effort was made to address a legitimate health concern. Other recurring issues mentioned in previous reviews also remain.

Would not recommend at all. Had a room in the basement, the elevator was going off all night, employees were talking loudly outside our room till 4 am (the employee work area is in the basement) could hear our neighbors TV all night.
