Execept Elton, rest of front desk staff VERY RUDE.

When we arrived, Elton at the front desk was really nice and he was extremely helpful. However everyone else at the front desk after that was EXTREMELY RUDE and had a very very bad attitude. We wanted to extend our stay for one day and the person tapped our card foe the reservation but did not tell us we had to check out and check back in again. And so the next day, another front desk staff was very obnoxious to us, in almost accusational tone as if we were trying to cheat them. I wasn't sure if he was just mean, or racist. Even though the location is good, and the cleaning staff are excellent, I will never stay there again, or recommend anyone to stay there.

We stayed for one night. Overall, it was nice but a few things is why I rated 3 stars. The door for the bathroom WEIGHS A TON!!! I had to have my husband help me with the door every time I used the bathroom. My 86 year old parents were with us and they couldn’t even move it. Just put a regular door! Also, no ice bucket, no refrigerator and no blankets on the bed; only sheets.

Disappointing

The room was designed nice but the couch and bedroom mattress were extremely uncomfortable and hard. I stayed at this hotel before in a different room and didn’t have this experience. The bed was so hard my body was sore when I left. The service was great, timely and that staff were friendly. The last day of my stay there was no hot water at all. I was told there was an issue with the boiler and that those affected would have management reach out for some form of compensation. No one has reached out to me as of yet.

My stay at the INDIGO Brooklyn Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was no hot water, no heating, and the fire alarm went off at 4 a.m., causing a major disruption. On top of that, there was a ridiculous $200 security deposit, which felt unjustified given the poor conditions. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially for a first-time visitor to Brooklyn
