The best thing about this hotel is its location, very convenient to anywhere you want to go on the Lower East Side. This is not a good spot if you need parking; there is no parking on-site and they were not able to help me locate parking for my vehicle. But parking is always a little tricky in Manhattan.

Hotel and room were modern and clean. Staff was friendly, price was outrageously reasonable for NYC ($250 for 2 nights, all taxes and fees included) Free breakfast of toast bagels, fruit , cereal, coffee and juices. The room was small, but that wasn’t problem as we only needed a place to sleep. The only problem was that there was barely enough room to get around the bed to the side by the window. There was only about a foot between the wall and the front of the bed, but there was a 6 inch frame sticking out of the wall by the corner( framing a small hook for hanging coats) It was very difficult to squeeze between the frame and the bed to get into bed in that side. Other than that, we have no complaints and would recommend it. We would probably pay a little more for a larger room next time.
