I do not like this property because the manager accused me of doing things I was not doing. Becareful who you speak to in this hotel they might switch your words around or ban you. They don’t deserve my service or my family’s service.

Everything about the hotel is great. Especially the shower and comfy bed. You do get free breakfast and they have a mini station where you can buy stuff. Only thing I recommend is to be sure you book the room you actually want because they don’t allow you to upgrade or change rooms. After explaining, complaining and telling them I don’t mind paying the upgrade fee they still wouldn’t allow any changes. The front desk told me they were booked out but on their site, it said otherwise. After explaining that to them, I was given another room.

It’s next to the police precinct. That’s pretty unique. I paid for a king and I felt that the bed was like a queen. I showed my wife the room and she even agreed that their king size beds are not like the casino king size beds. I know what a king size bed feels like. Well, $10 lost. Just cuz the computer says king, doesn’t mean it’s a king. Good day!

Very convenient location. The hotel is very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. The on-site parking was reasonable for NYC prices. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Brooklyn. Just an fyi...if you do park in the attached garage, there is an attendant. It is not a self-service lot as I assumed (not a big deal, but it does take a little more time if you plan on going in/out often.)

The facility itself, including our room and the public areas, were are very good. The room itself was small. But it's Brooklyn. We didn't expect anything else. However, the area around the hotel was not clean. There was trash on the sidewalks and curbs. Again, it's Brooklyn. So, this was not a surprise. The hotel does not have its own parking facility. The parking used by the hotel is a public parking facility, It's right next door, but be aware that it's not part of Liberty View. Save some dollars and park on one of the streets around the hotel. We did and didn't have any issues. Just pay attention to the restricted hours. Breakfast was adequate. It's comparable to the free breakfast at other hotels and hotel chains.
