My stay here was not pleasant. I had to check out a day early. I decided to stay here because I thought it would be a nice cozy place to get away from the cold. However, I discovered the heating only goes up to 78, and it blows out cold air. Imagine freezing temperatures outside and you can’t get any heat on the inside. Also, I request a housekeeping while I was gone for a couple of hours I came back and they had not shown up. My room was exactly the same as I left it which I didn’t understand. Every time I ask them if I could change rooms or if the heat could go up, their response was I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. Ultimately, I ended my day due to the freezing temperatures of the hotel in the lack of consideration from staff.
