We really enjoyed the property! We rented all 3 units with family over the holidays and it was wonderful, we had the whole floor to ourselves. The property was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. They did not do a great job with communication about the check-in process, parking, or check-out. I had to make several phone calls to try to get necessary information.

We were in NOLA for a family reunion/Thanksgiving/memorial service so there were almost 30 of us needing lodging. A few stayed with family but most stayed at the 3 apartments at the Irish House. It was the perfect lodging for us and we were able to easily visit between apartments throughout the week. The apartments were fully furnished and had stocked kitchens for the cooks in the family as well as dishwashers and a washer and dryer. We couldn't have asked for anything more and I've never stayed anywhere that was so clean! The location was also perfect as it's right on the streetcar line and there were so many bars, restaurants, and fast food easy in and out spots for the kids. We'll absolutely stay here again for the next NOLA visit.

Really did miss the whole pay to park thing. Had to pay $142 to park for Sat 4:00p.m. to Tuesday morning at 8:00a.m. That should have been included in the room. I’ve never stayed at a place where they did that. Also it says print your pass and put it in your window. Umm I got the email while we were on the road traveling there? Would have been nice to at least get that email the night before the trip. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Had what we needed. If you’re a thick long hair girl beware, they have rainfall shower heads and I thought I would never get the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. There is a trolley stop right out front which is great. Food places are walking distance.

The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Awesome stay, very surprised.

We were so surprised with place when we arrived. Being our 1st experience with Sonder, we were quite nervous overall— how the location would be, was it safe, how the place would look, the cleanliness… we were expecting the worse. To our surprise, it was the complete opposite. The location was fantastic, the place was exceptionally clean (being a nurse, I checked everything), the room was larger than I anticipated and accommodated my family of 6 comfortably, the place was very quiet, and parking was convenient (we had our own private parking). We went to New Orleans for a volleyball tournament and we were away from all the noise and distractions (just can’t imagine being in the same hotels as the numerous teams who were there.. which would have been noisy, I’m sure). Even my husband and kids (who were very skeptical initially) recommended to start booking with Sonder with our next out of town trips (whether it be a sporting event or just a family vacation). We are now your newest customers.
