Location can’t be beat, but because the building is old it is hard to regulate the temperature with the thermostat (not unexpected) however, they only have a sheet on your bed and no blanket in the room. I asked 3 nights in a row for a blanket and was never provided one.

The location was great, but that was the extent of the positives. There were barricades on the street due to New Year’s Eve and we called and they did not provide us with instructions on how to get around the barricades and to the hotel. The room was so loud, we could hear everything outside and in the hall, including trash collection every morning. We woke up multiple times per night due to noise. The temperature control was poor, we were either freezing or too hot, and they do not provide blankets. The bed only has a sheet on it, and when we asked if we could have a blanket they said they didn’t have any because they were fully booked. There was visible black mold in the bathroom and we found someone’s used ear plug next to the bed. To top it all off, the fire alarm went off at 5:30AM and we all had to evacuate. I’ve had better stays.

Great staff and a perfect location. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the acoustics. The walls are quite thin, and we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, which woke us up a few times.
