We were downtown near everything our balcony view was beautiful clean rooms, service were excellent customer service during check in very nice. Peters restaurant buffet breakfast was very nice fresh it was worth it every,morning breakfast chef was awesome fresh omelets, this the place to be great staff me and my husband loved it we celebrated his 60th birthday and our 14th anniversary they sent us up to our room amenities we were bless

My stay at this hotel was wonderful overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff I encountered during my stay were welcoming and helpful. Everything from check-in to the amenities made for a marvelous experience. The only issue I experienced was at checkout. The staff member assisting us was quite standoffish she didn’t greet us or make eye contact, and simply said “check out.” I even had to ask where to return the key cards. It was disappointing, especially as this was the final impression after such an excellent stay. I would still recommend this hotel and plan to return, but I hope management addresses this to ensure consistency in the guest experience.

Nothing against the intercontinental. The hotel was nice and so was the staff. But the city of New Orleans is disgusting. It’s dirty and filled with criminals and run down businesses. I will definitely stay at an intercontinental again, but will probably never come back to New Orleans.

Great spot to be at, really close to the trolleys, best is a 15min leisurely walk to the the French Quarters, but far enough away to get a good night rest, breakfast is also really good at this place, when booking include breakfast.

It was a nice, clean hotel in a great location. It was walking distance to the stadium and French Quarter. The pillows were too firm and not comfortable. Also, the toilet in our room wasn’t flushing properly. With that said, these were minor issues and I would definitely stay there again.
