Beautiful hotel both inside and outside. Very helpful staff as well. I had to ask for clean towels to be brought up along with coffee supplies and was told at that time it had to be requested, which I've never had to do at a hotel. The in room coffee machine had to be lifted out and plugged in on the floor since there was no other hook-up that we located. There was no lighting for reading in bed. The arrangements made through American Cruise Lines went well and were very organized/communicated. We did enjoy dinner at Pete's Restaurant and the coupon given at registration to use there.

I reserved a king room and was offered a paid upgrade but the room I got was dusty and the carpet was dirty. The beds were not made properly the decor was tiered, the pictures on the wall were scary and spaced in a strange way as if they meant to cover up blemishes. The room had a balcony but faced a garage that kept the room dark all day . The garage ventilation system facing the balcony and omitted dmfikthy air and 24 hours noise.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, 2019 being the last time, and any concerns I had have improved! The staff was welcoming and professional and the rooms are in good shape. The location is perfect for walking most places, and the hotel is a nice respite from the busy French Quarter.

Very good hotel

Amazing location and condition of the hotel was excellent. Only complaints are they only had very thick pillows available to sleep with (no thinner options whatsoever) and the room was not ready yet when we checked in at the stated time.

Room was clean & refreshed daily. The staff was pleasant & helpful. The only thing that was off-putting, was the hall carpets were being cleaned while we were there & there was an unpleasant smell.
