Overall the hotel was great. Good location and clean room. Check-in was a process. Our room was not ready at 4pm. When they gave us a room it reeked of smoke. I went back to the front desk and they switched our room. No acknowledgment, no apology, just silence and here’s your new room key. Once we got our room keys the rest of the stay was great. There was one lady at the front desk, I think her name is Tiffany, who was very friendly and nice. I would stay here again, but given the initial check in experience I can only give it 4 stars.
