★ So much space, beautiful décor, and the outdoor area was perfection.
Colorful light shifts through original stained-glass windows, casting warm patterns across the hardwood floors of this three-bedroom Lower Garden District home. Soaring ceilings and preserved historic details lend every room a sense of scale that newer builds simply can't replicate. Settle into the chef's kitchen for a slow morning, take your coffee out to the fountain patio, or head straight into the city - this home adapts to whatever pace you set.
Living space
The open layout gives a group of six plenty of room to move without getting in each other's way. Two dedicated outdoor areas extend your living space into the New Orleans air: an upper balcony and a ground-level patio anchored by a stone fountain. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make the patio an easy spot for al fresco meals or a relaxed evening before heading out.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, sleep up to six guests across four beds. Each bedroom has a private entrance, giving everyone in the group their own space to come and go. Three full bathrooms serve the home.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is equipped for serious cooking - stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and baking sheet are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. An island with casual seating works equally well for a quick breakfast or an impromptu workspace. The wet bar is a natural gathering point before a night out, and a dining table rounds out the indoor options.
Bathroom
All three bathrooms are fully equipped with hot water, a bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products.
Comfort & conveniences
Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable through every season. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available throughout. Washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and bed linens are all provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place. Arrive on your own schedule with self check-in via smart lock, and park for free on the premises. Note: Essentials (toiletries/starter supplies) are not provided - plan to bring or pick these up on arrival.
Neighborhood
The Lower Garden District drops you within easy reach of Magazine Street's independent shops and restaurants, a short trip from the French Quarter, and close to the National WWII Museum.
