Basic but comfortable hotel well located
The Best Western is on the edge of the French Quarter with mostvof the sights within 15 minutes walk. The hotel is basic and clean. It looks like the pictures. The staff are friendly and helpful but do try to sell tours - don't take the tours without researching them as there are plenty of other companies offering the same thing. The hotel is let down by the quality of the breakfast which is limited and disgusting. The fried eggs are like the rubber sole of a shoe - the server puts them out by hand by picking them up with rubber gloves. A little imagination with better quality cereals, fruits and cooked food for no additional cost could easily fix this. I would stay on a room only basis.

Great all around, the breakfast was especially great. Curtains in the room should shut all the way though, this was hard to figure out, especially on the 2nd floor. A little odd.
