It was a good vacation trip, but I would point out that 1. Properties are great 2. Stay hotels are great But the service has been awful 1. Booking shuttles were bad, paid the shuttle but was recommended to pay returning taxi to airport 2. Was charged no confirmation dinner schedule , which we didn’t attend, a huge amount of fee

The facilities of the hotel are nice and clean and the grounds and the beach is beautiful but the service and staff are not anything close to a 5-star hotel. It’s interesting that Bahamas is a place that is very dependent on tourism but looks like staff are not trained at all for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast at perch takes forever to be served and when we were leaving I asked for a bottle of water and they said you have to wait again and sign the bill (for water) if you need water. I have several examples of very bad service.

The facility was 5 Stars. The food options were ok but could be better for the price and taxes. The property completely shuts down at around 7pm. The pool and outdoor amenities. We walked in complete darkness the first night. There was no staff working outside which was new for us on our travels.

Service at the restaurants, pools and common areas seemed like it always took forever. Went to dinnervit took 45 min to get a drink. Took 20 min got a water we asked for. Took time to get our breakfast more then 30 min.

Great family vacation. The Cove has it all, quiet and private Cove only pool and super close to slides and lazy river. Was very windy, but warm when we went in late March. We had a sapphire 2 room suite with Lapis club access. Get floor 5 or higher for unobstructed view. Lapis club was great for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Butler service was excellent. Service overall at the Cove was beyond amazing. Get dining reservations ahead of time.
