Overall a great experience. We decided on the Atlantis for our honeymoon because it offered so many fun things to do. We enjoyed everything from dinners, to the quality of our room, and especially the outdoor attractions. One complaint is that they did not seem to have enough staff to keep all of the slides open. Often times throughout the trip, the Challenger and Jungle slides were closed due to not having lifeguards on duty. In the "Power Tower" only 2 of the 4 tube slides were open for the entirety of our 7 day stay. The slides that were open, we had a blast on!!

Overall a nice trip to the Cove. Check in was a bit of a hassle we didn’t get in our room until after 4 pm, and to get that I had to go to the front desk several times. Heat in our room didn’t work. Other than that everything was nice, great property and staff is friendly.

After a lot of problems with the booking was pleasantly surprised at check in. Requested an early check in and as soon as we arrived the room was ready. The view from the room was beautiful and room was cleaned and turned down everyday. The shuttle service was great and we used it a lot. Never waited more than 5 minutes. The water park was a lot of fun and we enjoyed it all. My kids did the swim with the dolphins and for the price I don’t think it was worth it. Very short and not a lot of interaction. The pictures also so expensive and not great quality. Overall the place is great but next time would try Baha Mar just because the customer service was lacking at Atlantis.

95 dollar breakfast for 1 - didn't like. Just some of the prices are ridiculous. I get it, you have to pay for the quality of your resort but some things were just flat almost extortion. Lol. Because Noone is going to hop in a cab and cross the bridge to get water doesn't make it ok for you to charge 8 dollars a liter. Cmon. Otherwise I love the place. Thank you

Paradise island is no joke. This is the most beautiful place on earth and the most incredible vacation. Everything was excellent. Shout out to the DJ at the pool who understood the assignment very well. The dining options were fantastic, the table games at the pool were fun, and the water park is the cherry on top. And I didn’t even mention the stunning beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff, clean, relaxing, walkable distance to shops and restaurants excellent facilities. Would like free shuttle service to and from airport.

Cove it was perfect for me and husband, did have little trouble to get to the room around 4pm and even I told the front desk employee that I don’t feel comfortable to stay on first floor, he gives me a first floor which thanks to Felisha on reception area was able to put me on 4 floor, she helped as with dinner reservations and all other arrangements, she gets 10 from as, menus on poll area was a mess because we were getting charged more than the prices on the menu, friendly staff, restaurant prices were to high. Other than that everything was good.
