Please be aware that this is a non-smoking room in a privately owned condominium, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no full-time on-site resident available around the clock.



NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.



Please note that the AC in this unit is controlled by the A unit (this unit is unit B). Moreover, this condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be set to the same temperature for both AC units to work.
