they seem to be holding my security deposit hostage, though i left the room better than reasonably clean. Staff were at times outwardly, noticeably, burnt out/less than friendly. Parking lot was abysmal. It was difficult, to navigate, and, maneuver around in. Secondary building, has no elevator 3 story walkup at a hotel seems ridiculous. The website i booked through said free breakfast, it's donuts and coffee at best and it's not free.

We had an awful experience during check in, the man working the front desk was extremely rude and despite not raising his voice was so disrespectful and condescending that the other party with us decided not to stay. He called security and instead of checking us in proceeded to speak ill of the group that left. After check in he gave us incorrect directions to our room. The room was supposed to face the beach, but instead we faced side of the building and the building we were in did not have an elevator and we had to carry 2 large suitcases up three floors and we were not offered any assistance. The security the desk attendant had called up actually ended up showing us how to get there. When we went to the desk to inquire about the gym hours later Jolly (the front desk employee) than very loudly asks where he knows us from and if he knew us from the grocery store. I very calmly replied that we had checked in a while ago to which he replied, "Oh yeah y'all were with those people"

This was my 2nd visit here, even though I can't give it an Excellent rating. It's a bit dated, there's no free coffee (I'm not counting that little keurig with the powdered creamer) and certainly no free breakfast. But then, the value reflects that. I'm thrilled for an affordable beachfront/ocean view, as central as you can be, and free parking, which was convenient, and that is why I came back again. I didn't visit the pool. My room also had a kitchenette, so I brought my own coffee/coffee maker and creamer. For the wear and tear that these properties get, I give them credit for keeping this as nice as it is. It would be amazing if the furnishings were updated, and they offered free, fresh brewed coffee, with real creamer.

The hotel is extremely clean. The amenities are great. But my advice would be to book a room in the tower and not facing the street because it does get loud at night people revving engines and screaming

We stay in lower floor partial view beach access the room smells no clean carpet the tv service is terrible they have plasma from 1990 if u read some of the reviews is not true book in another hotel or stay in a hotel inn u probably get a good room for what u pay here, bathroom are terrible to take a shower the water is very slow
