We stayed here fore three nights for a volleyball tournament. The rooms were fine and it was nice to have the full kitchen and room to spread out. I feel like the suite was a good size. The main problem every day, at all hours, was the valet. The valets themselves were lovely and trying so hard to keep up but they were grossly understaffed. Each evening we had to wait on the road for at least 15-20 minutes because there was not room to even turn in because the valet was so backed up. In the mornin, we would call down about 20 minutes before we needed the car at 630 AM and it was never ready when we came downstairs. Again, I think the workers were doing the best they could, but more staff needs to be hired. This was not a one night problem, but literally the entire stay. One afternoon we didn’t have time to wait the 20 minutes to turn in, so I paid $25 to park across the street. That is super frustrating when you are already paying a premium to valet park at the hotel.

The entire stay was fabulous!! From the rooms, to the stores & restaurants and the STAFF! the cleaning staff was kind of bougie they gave off aura of superiority; like they didn't want to be bothered but in a passive way.
