Very good customer service, Food from the restaurant is excellent, Pickup and drop off service feels like a ride to kids,
The hotel is located quite close to everything of interest at Perisher Valley. The staff made the experience great!! The meals at the restaurant, were to a very high quality. The hotel is beautiful! I recommend upgrading facilities to modernise rooms.

Family hotel and the only one with garage parking at the snowline in Perisher - that's a real plus.
