I specifically requested a ground floor lake view unit. When I arrived it was clear there were ongoing renovations. No mention of this was made at time of booking. As a result, my room was upstairs with no view. Someone had parked in my reserved spot. Lastly, at 6:30am, loud noises from the concrete pumping truck parked right outside my room began. It was extremely intrusive. I was not happy and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Very disappointed.
