Check-in was simple, no fuss. Upgraded to excellent room upon arrival, the room was very clean and the attention to detail by the cleaning staff was quite apparent. All staff were very friendly and made sure our needs were met. Overall, this is one of the better mid-range hotels I've stayed at in the NCR. Well done.

Heating was in corner of room And you couldn’t control overall room temperature, very uncomfortable climate. Room above very noisy into early hours, very small room with two double beds, hasn’t been updated in years, bathroom Micro small, toilet at an angle and when you sit on it your leg touches the baseboard heater, scary for little kids. No coffee cups , very basic coffee maker. It was so bad we left at 3.30am to drive back home.

I stayed here with my kids for 4 days, and unfortunately our room was never cleaned the entire time. I requested housekeeping and even left the room for over 8 hours to make it easy for them to clean, but when we returned, the room was still messy and untouched. What was especially frustrating is that we could see housekeeping going into other guests’ rooms to clean every time we stepped out, yet our room was consistently skipped. When we raised it again, there was no apology we were simply told they “sent an email,” which didn’t resolve anything or show any accountability. The only bright spot was the breakfast, which was excellent my kids and I really enjoyed it

It's great place to stay. There's few things which is my o observation.breakfast place is a little bit. I'll say kind of congested, if there's too many people's.you do not get a spot properly, that's all about it.

Unfortunately guests above us were stomping around and sound barrier didn’t absorb the noise. Room was clean and staff were friendly and professional. However, hot water was not available for most of our stay. The one time we had hot water was only after opening the water fully for more than 5 minutes. We felt guilty about wasting so much water and decided to shower at family instead of the hotel. Apparently the problem is known to management and they are working on fixing the problem. Breakfast was simple but ok.
