There was no airport shuttle when we got off our plane. We had to use an uber. $23 that we had not budgeted for. I called the hotel and was told there was no shuttle at that hour. It was after midnight. But there was no hours of operations mentioned when booking. All other aspects of the hotel stay met our needs, and then some. Comfortable, clean, secure. All A+. But we will not book again due to not knowing Montreal and needing that shuttle after traveling all evening.

I really enjoyed my stay here — the hotel is new, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the room had a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located near the airport, which makes it perfect for short stays or early flights. However, the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. Their communication felt distant and not as warm as expected. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others, especially for its comfort, cleanliness, and great location.

One of the cleanest hotels I've in which I've ever stayed. Modern attractive decor, spacious, beautiful room with complete amenities (huge walk-in shower, microwave, fridge, safe,giant TV with YouTube and Netflix) nice breakfast in a huge dining area (unlike most other hotels). CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN !!! Truly a pleasure. My only complaint: upon checkout, we surrendered both room keys. The problem is that you need a key to raise the gate when exiting the garage ! Repeated presses of the call button went unanswered and there was a line of cars behind us at the exit, all with the same problem: no key. My wife ended up having to phone the hotel to get someone to run out and let us all out. I'm sure this problem will get addressed because I can't imagine the hotel can endure having EVERY departing guest face the same problem. Having said that, we have decided that this will be the hotel we stay at every time we visit our Montreal family.

Great spot if you need to crash quickly somewhere near the airport. The shuttle service was punctual, minibus was clean and the drivers were friendly. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Montreal Airport - St-Laurent with my cousins from October 9 to October 12 for a short weekend getaway, and we were thoroughly impressed from the moment we walked in. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out immediately — everything from the lobby to our room was spotless. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere with a modern touch, and we especially appreciated the abundant seating areas and accessible outlets — a real plus when you're on a trip. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The beds were cozy, and the linens were soft, fresh, and odour-free, which is always reassuring. A thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the full-sized Dove toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. They smelled great, and there was plenty of supply, unlike the usual tiny hotel bottles. The only minor downside was the 20-minute drive to downtown and Old Montreal, but Uber rides were easy to get and reasonably quick — just something to factor into your travel budget. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay near the airport!
