The hotel is okay — you get what you pay for. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service, which is very convenient for a layover. I was able to take a nice shower and rest comfortably. Breakfast is included, but it starts at 7:00 a.m., so unfortunately I couldn’t have it because I left at 6:00 a.m. Maybe next time

If you’re looking for a place to sleep near the airport that’s cheap then this is your place. The room was clean but outdated. It looks like they stopped doing any Reno’s 15 years ago. Lights in the hallway were flickering. Some were not even working. Staff was friendly and the place looked clean. I would rebook for a quick overnight before my flight again.

No coffee/tea station, no microwave, tv had very limited channels, no plug for bath, king bed only had 2 pillows when there should be four, parking area not owed well, no door handle reminder signd for do not disturb/ please nake up room, continental breakfast was terrible..
