Valet and people at the front door were very nice and attentive. Check in and front desk- business like but brisk. Not mean but weren’t friendly and didn’t go out of their way to be pleasant. Very weird! Beautiful hotel. Very special hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and rooms were comfortable to stay in. There is a fully stocked bar with alcohol and snacks you can purchase if you choose. Our only complaints were the room gets HOT at night, there is no AC in the winter, you have to shut the unit off completely if you do not want it to heat up. Also the valet was muddled and unorganized. The valet ticket man skipped our car and went straight to the other cars around us who pulled in after we did and he had to be called back by another associate to give us our valet ticket before they could park our car.

A wonderful experience as usual at the St. Paul Hotel. Check in was great and we upgraded to a suite for a very fair price. The room (Ordway Suite) has an amazing near panoramic view of St. Paul. The room service breakfast was great and fast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, we always feel at home at the St. Paul Hotel.
