This property has been my go to hotel and dining room for years. When it was. Hotel Sofitel too! The staff and dining and bar have always been great! I have been coming here since 2006. Sammy the manager and Jody, a server, have been great to see them when I stop. Horah!

The hotel was fine. However, I left a valuable item in my room and called to retrieve it. They told me that Tim service found the item and that they would mail it to me. It never arrived. One of their staff took it for themselves. Absolutely not acceptable!
