First off all when I arrived, the room they gave me was still being cleaned. Had to bring all my luggage back down, get a different room. When my husband got there there from work to take a shower, there were bugs all over the inside. We have a videos. So then I had to get a different room again. Huge inconvenience!!!!

First off, I was having trouble finding parking close to the hotel entrance. I called the desk and explained what my issue was, but they didn't seem to be able to direct me to any available lots. I called a second time and was still offered not help. I finally find parking literally about 2 football fields away and walk to the hotel. When I arrive and told them of my parking dilemma, I was then informed that hotel guests receive free valet parking I get to the room and it's decent. I go to check into the restaurant and am told I do not have a reservation. I asked them to check again as I had called several days before, but was told there was not reservation listed for me and that there would be an hour and a half wait. I said that's fine, we'll eat at the bar. We sit at the bar and they are quite busy. I waited 10 minutes, watching the staff work, and I finally said "Hello?" to which the bartender said, We're really busy, I'll be right with you. Now, when she did get to me, she was very nice. I got my drink and heard her say to another employee there was quite a wait for the food. I asked and she confirmed that dinner would be at least an hour or longer. We would have missed the show at the hotel. I asked if soup could be served quickly and she said yes. It was the worst Wild Rice Soup I have ever had in my entire life. I ate it as I was starving. I could go on more about my experience, but I am running out of characters. And there is more....................
