Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Great customer service. Shuttle service 24 hours between the airport and mall. The drivers were so nice and courteous. A couple minor things but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. Definitely recommend!

My son arrived to the establishment and the front staff turned him away. They said he couldn’t stay because of his age. They said it was corporate policy that no one under 21 can stay there. The night staff was rude and said he should stay elsewhere. He was over two hours away from his home and it was already late. My son is in the Navy. He was in Bloomington for military training. I even tried calling and talking to the front desk staff to explain, but the staff was rude and condescending. Holiday Inn does have an age exemption for military personnel. My husband and I checked. It’s extremely disheartening to know that a young man can take an oath to protect his country and die, but can’t stay at a hotel to do that very work. Thankfully a nearby Quality Inn was willing to assist and support.

When we approved they wanted $100 deductible card only. I never paid that much before. Then they told me it was $15 to pay right outside the hotel. They didn’t mention the taxes on top of the $15. We got to the room and we were on the interstate side and you could hear traffic all night long. We ended up going to Wal-Mart to get a fan to help drown out the noise. There was someone else's hair in one of the bath towels. Then at breakfast in the dining hall there was ants in the dining room. Neither at checkout or checkin was I greeted and I was never asked how my stay was. Never recommending and never going again.

The breakfast menu was good, but wish they had more protein options that weren’t runny eggs. Also adding bacon would be great. Room was clean and well kept, staff were friendly and helpful
