The first room the pull out bed was dirty, sheets still on and torn up wrappers all over. The second room the pull out couch had old, dirty slippers in it. They did upgrade the room at that point. We were given complimentary breakfast and a free drink. But we were charged 40 on a 25 dollar fee when we went to get snacks. When we asked the lady said it was cleared and she fixed it back to 25 dollars. 3 candies, two bags of chips. Then the free wine or beer (2 were free) so we knew we were buying the rest but the two beers were not free but we were so tired of everything we just paid and left the coupons at the bar. Breakfast was actually free. When I checked out we were doubled charged. I’d watch every single charge if you stay here. I’m not sure how every single time we went to buy something it kept getting double charged. Honestly by the time we left I wasn’t so sure this was accidents or what. My bank statements are back to back charges hopefully tomorrow, Monday, they will all be fixed as promised. I never leave bad reviews but holy cow how many charges can you continue to do that on?

HUGE Disappointment!

We chose this hotel for a family staycation. The pictures showed a hot tub, which was a "must have." There is no hot tub! It's been tiled over. Breakfast was the standard hotel "free breakfast." However, they charged $15. Overall, it was a huge disappointment.

Comfortable and Quiet

Remodel project was not a problem. Great bartender. Front desk attendant was very helpful in switching our room when we reported a smoky smell. So quiet and comfortable I slept for over 9 hours. Slushy day outside, but they were keeping the floor clean inside. Great staff all around.

Very nice, convenient last minute family stay in Edina/Bloomington. Front desk & bartender were all very nice & helpful. Clean spacious rooms. Would have given excellent but the parking area is a little cramped and a little hard to find at first. Otherwise great place.

The heat did not work in our first room and we had to switch roooms. The 2nd room was comfy and large. Easy parking. Personal use items are in large bottles and high quality without unhealthy additives. Sustainable. But the food in the restaurant is mediocre. The "special" came without any vegetables and with a plastic glass of water. Not sustainable. I don't like to drink microplastics. They need to use real glasses.

I have stayed here numerous times and I will keep coming back. It is under construction at the moment so we were unable to get the sunlight in the morning . I love how the pool is clean and there is always clean towels. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable linens . I like that there is a couch in the rooms .

Chose this place for the reviews, and wow, that was a mistake! Construction obstructed the view and woke you up in the morning. There was no prior notice to customers of this reality. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat (about 1-2 inches thick). The Spa was non-existent (should update their listings). And to start it off, the lady at the front desk the first night was rude and never said, "hello" - not a great welcome to say the least. Sad thing was the other staff were delightful.
