I reserved a room with a jacuzzi and when I used it the jets didn’t hit the back, they hit the sides. The really gross part is when a used band-aid floated to the top presumably from one of the Jets. The breakfast was disgusting. Probably not staying there again. Very poor experience.

We held a bday party for a 8 year old young lady and 5 of her best friends. A great time was had by all, the pool with slide was a hit. The room fit the bill for an overnight stay. The breakfast selection Sunday was great. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful time and party event. I would recommend to any one looking for a great get away!

Staff were not very attentive, asked about a roll away bed and was told oh I don’t think we have one, no we don’t have any available. Room temperature fluctuated, and was not very good. Breakfast was so-so. And the pool… the air temperature was absolutely freezing, pool temps were average, and the hot tub was luke warm bath water.

I think they need to update the rooms. Our first room had a very bad odor so we changed rooms which was a smaller room but didn’t get any compensation. We wanted the bigger room as we were celebrating our family Christmas. The breakfast Saturday morning was cold and didn’t seem fresh.

Pool area needs a bit of TLC. Run down - so humid and overpowering chlorine smell. Kids can see passed that and loved the wateralide. Everything else was lovely. Spacious room , nice lobby - we hung out here a lot. Good area to let dogs out. Walking distance to Culvers with a bonus 10% off your total when showing your room card.

I like this hotel for its price it’s a decent hotel. It’s fun for the kids the breakfast is okay nothing to brag about but you also won’t go hungry, pretty clean breakfast , the rooms are a bit outdated. But we still always enjoy our stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful.
