Would love to stay again

The apartment was as advertised the owner was very pleasant. My wife and spend about four weeks a year in Miami and this location is by far the best. Any and everything you need is within walking distance. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Stay at Property ID 2589748 in the Wynwood Art District

I can not say enough good things about this property, the manager, the process. The property manager was very communicative which was nice. I was there by myself as a bit of an r & r getaway and did not want any hassle. She was terrific. The place was super duper clean (I'm a stickler for that), and nicely furnished in a trendy upbeat way. The location was perfect, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and UBER/Lyft distance to most anything else. I highly recommend this property. That said, I want there to be time and space for me! I definitely will be back! :)

Amazing stay

We loved every minute of this condo and the spot it’s at in Miami! Everything is in walking distance, stores, restaurants, bars (Starbucks) lol. We did have to meet the owners for the keys, I had never had to do this before. But, everything was fine and they’re great people. The house had everything we needed to cook and additional toiletries. Amazing amenities and restaurants within the hotel itself. We hope to have the chance to come back next year for our Honeymoon :)

Great Miami find!

Nani and her apartment were absolutely lovely. She was very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived. Her apartment was clean, spacious, very comfortable and in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants in walking distance! I would 100% stay here again next time I find myself in Miami.

Amazing stay in an awesome neighborhood!

The apartment is very clean and livable. We were there for a week and it was great to work from there, lightly cook and being in such a great neighborhood - walking distance to the design district and Wynwood. Would definitely stay here again. The pool is beautiful and the gym was perfect. The apartment is clean and exactly as pictured.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Communication and check in process with property owners was very easy. Apartment was very clean, property offered wonderful amenities, and was in a great location! Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the Miami Midtown/Wynwood area!

Gorgeous Property

Overall this place is fantastic. Everything is stylishly appointed. The location is wonderful, it's very walkable. The building itself is very nice. The balcony was wonderful, we spent a lot of time there people watching. Having access to the 7th floor hot tub was amazing. The few things I want to add are just not clearly stated in the listing and can be addressed easily. We didn't get check in instructions so we didn't find out til the day before that check-in was in person and we had to meet her by a certain time. We didn't find out that the only parking option was a $40/day valet, until I asked her on our way there. On the weekends street parking is near impossible. I just wish that the listing included the parking price and info. I'm fairly certain that the apartment comes with a parking space, but I wasn't permitted to use it. I say this because it confused the valet everytime we got our car back. They didn't get that i was staying in the residence side and didn't have a hotel room number to bill. Check in was in person I believe to make sure that we understood how to use the key fob to gain entry, but I've never not used self check in with vrbo so it was odd to me. The only coffee maker used an obscure kind of pod (k-fee?) that isn't included. There's a Starbucks at the ground floor we ordered coffee from daily, but I would've loved a way to make coffee in the room. There are unposted hours that residents should know for the pool and hot tub, we had no idea and got chased out by a security guard one night. I think having some helpful instructions with things like where to get the coffee pods, hours and procedures would be a great addition to a beautiful property. I think these are just things the host is putting together still as it's a new listing. Overall, our experience was amazing. The furnishings were beautiful, the bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! I have no regrets booking this.
