Apartment 1421 at The Alexander (14th floor) is a magnificent owner's signature corner suite consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3rd bedroom additional sleeping available by converting den into private bedroom. 1200 square foot corner apartment with 20 foot balcony with ocean, east, southern and western intracoastal views. Corner and south exposure gets sun exposure all day and breathtaking sunsets that will amaze you. Master bedroom suite has panoramic views with king size bed, bonus twin bed, and connecting private bathroom with washer and dryer and 4 ft stall shower and body sprays. There is a 2nd large guest bedroom with 4 individual twin size beds which can be set up into 2 kings or 1 king and 2 twins or any combination. Additional full bathroom including 5 foot whirlpool tub. 3rd convertible bedroom has 2 twin single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, double bowl stainless sink, French door side by side refrigerator freezer, double ovens, microwave, cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area seats up to 8. Wi-Fi included and each room has HDTV's. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 10 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
