NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. Booking amenities and search results listed airport shuttle. I will say that Leidy and her kindness came through and made up for the inconvenience by providing adequate accommodations at check-in. Additionally, you could hear people in other rooms. There are absolutely no restaurants nearby but the onsite restaurant and breakfast buffet makes up for it. They should advertise that the Tri-Rail is a 10 minute walk but the neighborhood seems iffy. Definitely an overnight stay if you're catching a flight but maybe not for long term unless you have a car. Only a 5 min drive to the airport but you have to take Lyft or Uber.

This sucks big time!

Parking-not told it would cost $15, just said it was available. Room-Spartan to say the least! Metal chairs with no cushions, other than a small table, nowhere to put anything down on, closet was more of a locker. Water pressure-there was hardly any whatsoever! Also located in an industrial setting, near repair shops for boats, trucks, and vehicles. Last, we ate at the restaurant on premises-were charged for an item that was supposed to be included, asked about it, was told it wasn’t. Spoke to the front desk, and they said it was to be included. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! But they’re plenty eager to TAKE YOUR MONEY! Wouldn’t stay there again if it was the last place in Miami!

It’s our new “go to” hotel in Miami! Close tot he airport, easy drive to other areas. Greta for a couples weekend or we may bring the family too! The stay was awesome though we could have done with more sugar and creamer for the coffee pot, we only had one and the shower could be a little hotter… but if that’s my only “complaint” then we’re good. This is a clean friendly hotel. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in my travels and worth the price (which actually wasn’t that expensive compared to other pay for breakfast locations). It’s located right on the flight path but complimentary ear plugs were already in the room and even without them, the overhead flights were not that bad. There’s an outdoor pool which my family will enjoy next time but I don’t think I saw a hot tub. And parking was good. Feels safe and easy to use with a parking pass from the front desk.
