It was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The people were absolutely rude. When I told them there were ants everywhere, they said that there are bug. They can’t do anything about it. They refused to work with me to fix anything or with Hotels.com. This was the worst vacation experience.

Great, small art deco style hotel of the 50’s and 60’s. Close to shopping and restaurants by car. Rooms are small and quaint. Check is requires all persons staying in room show ID (city statute) which is a bit of an inconvenience.

Everything was great overall. Parking lot is a bit tight, and room was clean. One hope is for some rooms to have 2 beds available instead of just 1 bed. It would make it ideal for family trips or friends trips.

Booked a suite, when I arrived I was told the room I booked and confirmed back in July was not available. Ended up in a room 1/2 the size with no balcony nor pool view. They didn’t seem to care nor provided a price adjustment for the smaller room. Will never stay there again,
