Service was a bit slow at check-in. It took a while to get the valet to get our car and to get checked-in so we didn't have time to eat lunch before our meeting. Bathroom should have a soap dish and a shelf in shower for products. Strange that there were neither. And room was warm and I couldn't find the thermostat anyway to make it cooler! Otherwise it was dine for the price. Kitchen staff was nice and food was good this morning.

The customer service efforts to get me the upgraded room I was on a request list for was great. The check in person sensed my dissatisfaction and relayed that to the manager who in turn called me and was able to transfer me to a luxury suite when available and helped with our luggage as well. Beautiful room and the valet was courteous and efficient.
