Good location, convenient for cruise and Miami Beach, 30 min drive. Place small but works for 2 people (separate beds). Place needs a little TLC, but fine for short term rental.

We loved our overall stay here! The location is amazing, 3 min walk to the beach, across from a nice park, and many eats surrounding. Upon check-in we were slightly disappointed with the state we found the shower. It did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival, but once we reached out the host they promptly sent a cleaning crew who resolved the issue. The bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly between guests and could use some updates. Other than that inconvenience, we had a great stay.

Adorable apartment, perfect for the five of us (two adults, three teens). Excellent location for shopping, coffee, bakery, restaurants. Incredibly quick walk to boardwalk and beach. The hostess was so sweet and so welcoming. Would book again!
