Beautiful unit with a few deficiencies. The shower was Luke warm. The toilet was clogged. The unit looked brand new and gorgeous. Main issue was my $15 per day parking request. Management lost my parking reservation which was part of the credit card deposit form. The staff at the front desk attempted to help but the units are individually owned and managed. All request have to go through the management company. They attempted to reach the on call agent 3x's the first night, twice the second and again the 3rd day. Not once did anyone call me back to resolve the lost parking request. Instead I had to use a public parking lot starting at $50.00 for the day.

La joven de la recepcion no tenia conocimiento de la reserva y nos mando para otra direccion dos veces, hasta que decidimos quedarnos y no movernos y fue cuando encontro el sobre con la reserva, nosnpidio disculpa. El departamento muy bonito y bien ubicado
