We travel a few times a year- this hotel is in need of repairs and new help. When we arrived- front desk was not friendly. We were located on the 7th floor, only one of the 2 elevators was working, went to our room used the toilet and it was clogged as well as the air conditioning vent in the room was leaking from the ceiling. Had to take the elevator back downstairs because no one answered the phone- house keeping or front desk. Nice thing is the maintenance man came fairly quickly and unclogged the toilet-
Seeded to be a normal thing. There’s no direct entrance to the pool- you have to walk outside and down the side of the building to the pool area. Got to the bar to grab a drink and there was no one there during their normal operating hours. Then went out to the beach using the locked gate behind the pool area and on our way back the gate would not work with my room key. We then had to talk around to the front entrance- i stopped at the unfriendly staff at the front desk and she said the gate doesn’t work. I suggested they put a sign up so customers are aware.
We had a room with an adjoining door to the room next to us which was occupied and could hear their conversations- it was very uncomfortable. Parking is on a first come first serve basis, second option for parking located a couple buildings down so you’ll want to be prepared to walk to your car and pay $42 per 24 hrs.
The price to stay at this hotel is reasonable but adds up when you add parking and resort fee
