The staff are very helpful to make your stay comfortable. When I first arrived I was not expecting the size of the room to be so small. I double checked it was the right room. The street view I absolutely loved with the NY skyline. The air con was not working and there was this terrible wind draft noise so I couldn’t sleep. The staff offered a room on the 7th floor claiming it to be the only one in the hotel available. It was not a good room. Next day I got upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed. The cooling worked and it was super peaceful and quiet. It didn’t have as good a view as the first room but it still has a view! I found the hotel to be in walking distance to everything. I never used public transport and walked everywhere. There is lots of police presence at night walking back to the hotel. The bar man at the bar was very friendly too! I liked the flooring of the room. Thank you for making my stay memorable.
I loved that the hotel did popcorn for the kids or anyone who wanted in the afternoon.
