When I am half way through checking in I don’t expect a member of staff to bring over a customer and stop my check in and start dealing with him I expect them to say I will just finish checking this customer in then will deal with you shortly. But on a positive note room was clean warm and quiet food in hotel for dinner and breakfast was great

I love the Italian food in the hotel restaurant! Rooms are clean and quiet. I reckon this hotel is relatively new and it’s a bit under staffed. The check in process takes a bit longer than expected and some staff are likely quite new. However, generally speaking my experience is quite positive. I hope they can hire more frontline staff both good for the industry and for the customers. Keep the chefs!
