Great return visit
Returning to Hampton by Hilton, Manchester based on an excellent stay in April. My experience staying in other Hamptons has been really good and they remain a consistent and solid choice for a decent stay and great breakfast. On this visit I noticed the addition of the robot (Diane 2) at breakfast which helps with clearing tables. This is MUCH better than the big washing up trolley that was there last time. Also another mention to Diane who works at Breakfast - she is so friendly, warm and helpful without being intrusive or over the top. It was lovely to see her again! Only down side is the very low tog (thin) duvet. Also the sink in my bathroom could have done with unblocking due to how slowly it drained - room 508. Overall great stay! I look forward to coming again. Thank you
