Our mini fridge didn’t work, when I informed the staff that there was no blow dryer in our room they said sorry, and they couldn’t get another blow dryer from another room for me. The floor tile in our room look like it had never been mopped since it was installed. Staff was nice, but this definitely was not the best holiday in experience.

We specifically googled airport shuttle access but when we called from the airport we were told they only take reservations between 7 and 7 pm and we had missed the cut off by 2 minutes. We were told the supervisor would not allow the driver to come and to get an uber . Specify the hrs . Then the next morning we had a reservation to go back to the airport but they were understaffed and the poor worker was running around trying to get us there on time . It was checkout time of 8 so the staff was very frantic trying to juggle time miss management. . I am not even going to begin about the over charges the I’ve been trying to have reversed 6 days later and the incompetence of the front desk answering service. I’ll be on the phone once again today to try to deal with this on going battle .
