Staff was friendly but not always present at front desk. Over the week my room was only cleaned once, and only after I had asked over multiple days. After the only cleaning there was still a hair or two on the sheets. The breakfast was lacking with no eggs or meat options and the juice did not work initially (they did fix it when I asked but the juice did not taste good). My room itself didn't have a bad smell but the hallway certainly did. Overall the place could use some TLC so that it can be cleaner and the staff needs to be more responsive and accessible

Hate that if you are on the back side of building you have to go all the way around for an elevator. Not fun when you worked a night shift 12 hrs and have to climb the stairs or walk through the lobby and then out to the elevator? Ugh! Place is good. Staff is ok. Older male is super nice the rest not so good. Breakfast isn’t worth going down for. I travel for work and this place is one of the better lower priced hotels. I would recommend it.

Facility was clean although outside grounds needed cleaning. Dog poop outside my entrance door and was never cleaned upduring my stay. Breakfast consisted of days old bread waffles coffee. Staff was mostly nice. There were a few staff that had bad attitude. My tv worked 3 full days out of eight I was there. The price was great.

The sheets were dirty the first night. Many of the amenities were either inaccessible or “out of order” the last night we heard banging all night long and when we went to make a complaint we were met with hostile, disrespectful and just completely unprofessional and rude behavior and attitude from the lady at the desk
