I had a terrible stay due to my tv didn’t work I called the front desk 4 times and was told to push remote to 3.Then I was told to turn thectv off and on.The 3rd time I was told to unplug the tv and plug it back in I could not get to the plug in bc it was behind the entertainment center. I didn’t get much sleep bc I had no tv to watch and I could hear everything. I actually want a refund

The problem started with not being able to raise anyone at the front desk. It was 1:20 am, but I’m sure they were paying this guy to work. I even called the front desk two times letting it ring and ring, but no one ever came. We saw a gentleman (maybe repairs or housekeeping) and asked him to find someone. A man finally appeared and was less than enthusiastic about his job. Not how I’d want my service business to be operated. Hotel is under renovation, but our room was fine.

Friendly staff
The room was nice, but the hotel was under construction/renovation. So the appearance was not very appealing or comfortable. Not much you can do about that at the moment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would be a nice place to stay once all the work was done.
