The room was very nice. The only staff we spoke with was our check-in and she was great. The room was very comfortable. We had travelled to Louisville for the Jack-O-Lantern spectacular. We would very much recommend both the Crowne and the Lantern show.

Wish the bathroom was more clean. Didn’t have any body wash or hand soap the containers was complete empty. The tub have long woman hair.

Had a great time. Didn’t eat breakfast there. But dinner was good, bar service was good. Room was roomy, shower was great and bed was comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I did book for a balcony room but I did not have a balcony. I had a door that opened into a public courtyard. It wasn’t what I wanted but we made do.
