the lady that was working the front desk in the morning on December 15th was absolutely wonderful. She helped us out a lot and it meant a lot to me. the food was amazing. son loved that your pool was opening and had fun himself. overall great experience and when i come back to visit in the summer definitely staying again

Everything was good, hotel was nice, room comfortable and close to airport and exposition center. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel shuttle woman that was working she was rude and when I needed to be dropped off closer to the west wing hall she said she couldn’t take me any closer. Which wasn’t true because every other hotel shuttle was dropping off in front of that wing. I had to walk from one end of the center in the freezing cold right before my competition. If you don’t want to work then you shouldn’t have a driving job.!!! Other hotel staff was nice but 12/14 whoever that lady was driving at 6am should be fired.

The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely nice. The adjacent restaurant attached to the building, the food was ok but the staff there was nice too. Overall everything with the Crowe Plaza, it was 100% and I will be staying there again if I’m in Louisville.

Our room on the 7th floor was really "meh"... no bottle of water in the room, slightly dirty bathroom, broken lamp, janky luggage rack, broken ice machine, broken hanger, AND you had to walk a really long distance from the front desk to an elevator bank on the back side of the hotel. If a guest checking in with a ton of luggage is told to walk to other side of the property, staff should offer to retrieve a luggage rack for the guest. The market was a nice convenience especially since it had a microwave and snacks. The other convenience was the proximity to the expo center for an event we were attending. But doubtful we will stay at this property again.

I didn’t get my room cleaned once during my 4 night stay. Upon complaining they came to my door with a garbage bag full of towels. The bath filled up with yellow water. The shuttle was unreliable and left us standing at convention center for 45 min. Spent $100 on Ubers. The bartenders were RUDE!!! “I can’t make anything on that menu. This is like a regular bar.”

Wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza in Louisville! Parking was great. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The lamp in the room was broken and needed to be replaced, not glued. I did inform the staff. I wish the restaurant was open earlier than it did. We were very hungry when we arrived and there wasn’t anything around but a McDonalds. Overall, wonderful hotel and experience. :)
