Check on and out was easy. They accommodated my family's small requests without issue. I left some shoes behind, and they easily helped me to gwt them returned. The staff handled everything with ease and professionalism. Our rooms were clean, and we felt safe and comfortable.

Meeehhhh....

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was clean and nice, beds were comfy and room was spacious. The pool was the biggest disappointment. This property is huge but the pool is small and overran with rowdy teenagers rough housing, diving in (its only a 4ft pool) and running. Id say the max capaxity on the pool is probably 20 people but there were about 80 people in it. We had a little one that doesnt swim so well so my anxiety was red lining. There was an employee sitting as a "lifeguard" but she did absolutely nothing. The same rowdy unsavory characters were throughout the lobby and the overcrowded parking lot. The parking lot seemed to be the hangout spot to smoke weed as well. Dining was another let down. Breakfast buffet is $23 per person....most hotels of this calibur provide breakfast. Not here. Overall I would give this place 2 out of 5 stars. Room cleanliness and location are great. Safety, larger pool, safer/better parking and better perks are needed to make it more enjoyable. Probably will not book again.

The beds were very comfortable, a major update was completed last year, but paper was peeling, and the A/C was very noisy. The shower was nice and the soaps provided were decent. Breakfast was not included and the price to add was unreasonable. The pool was closed, but was supposed to open later in the evening. We arrived and swam for a few minutes and they closed it again for maintenance issues. It is too hot in this area to not have a working pool during the summer. Staff was very friendly, I reported that the cleaning crew missed garbage under chairs and in the bathroom, under the vanity.

Staff short, abrupt. Noise in hallways early in the morning. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers. I have bug bites on my arms that i did not have when i went to sleep.
