The heating/air unit in our room was so loud we could not sleep. When we checked in we were handed our key and told nothing else about breakfast or ammenities. When we tried to speak to someone about the loud heat/ac, we could not find anyone who worked there to speak to.

I will say the location is great. The room was clean. Staff was ok. Pretty run down since we stayed 2 years ago. Elevator didn’t work. Kept telling us bar would be open tommorrow. Went to the bar and looked and it was not stocked so probably hadn’t been open in a while. That was my disappointment.they weren’t honest with us. Didn’t post every other day housekeeping so we didn’t have coffe towels or cups. Housekeepers did assist with that. Overall a disappointment

The check in staff was nice but he was on a call on speaker and very loud and occasional cursing just not professional. Also the lobby smelled like body odor terrible and the furniture was stained and soiled. The whole hotel is just not clean and smells. They also didn’t offer free coffee like most hotels do, they had a keurig that charged. Not great.
