Room was horrible. The lights didn’t work, bathroom wasn’t clean and AC would only kick on for a few minutes. Upon escalating to staff, the front desk person stated there were no other rooms available and refused to refund the stay. We ended up going to a different hotel, the conditions were horrible here

Not safe. Super Loud couldn't sleep alerted front desk and they couldnt even give late checkout or care in one bit. Room was in great shape though and was clean. But area is bad and they don't mind the drug dealers

The hotel is in a very shady area: doesn't feel necessarily dangerous, but very run down. Broken glass on the road, and the only kinda green space to walk a dog is covered with trash The floor in the room was dirty, and we saw a roach 2 times. There is no microwave, but otherwise the room was fine, except for the fire alarm that blasted every single evening The staff was friendly, but not great: we needed to stay another night, paid for it, but were still woken up by the housekeeping and the phone calls from the lobby. Turned out that they forgot to charge me a security deposit and somehow that was my problem I stayed there for an event when everything was overpriced to insanity, but in any other case I would have chosen a more respectable place

The room looks clean at first then you notice the cigarette burns and stains on the bed, the roaches in the microwave and ice dispenser. They did not leave towels in my room when we first checked in and every night I stayed I got locked out by the doors card reading system and was forced to get a replacement key card multiple times. 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed the fire alarms went off waking me up and none of the hotel staff knew what was going on and told me to ignore the loud blaring alarm that might be alerting to a fire they just admitted they know nothing about.

I liked that it was near the festival which was what we needed, but the floors inside the room were sticky, it felt as if it had not been cleaned in a while, the bathtub didn’t drain, the lights outside the room are always on and the curtains don’t cover the windows enough.
