The staff was absolutely amazingly kind and helpful, unfortunately the room smelled liked old bad food, every entry point reeked of cigarette smoke well inside the building, the trash at the elevator hall ways was piled up outside of the trash cans during our entire stay, the elevator floors were sticky and had what appeared to be numerous coffee stains on them, the pool water was very cloudy and appeared dirty, there's no exhaust fan in the bathrooms, breakfast was chaotic with nearly everything being out by 8am, the staff did offer to make anything we'd like, but the tv volume was so loud, the staff working very diligently, but still overloaded, and the lobby so crowded it was sensory overload. I want to reiterate, if it weren't for the the staff being super friendly and personable, I would have rated much lower.

This hotel perfectly fit the needs of our group on paper. We came to Louisville for a convention with teenagers. Breakfast was included, the rooms were large enough to make the stay comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff was especially accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel had a number of public housing residents temporarily housed there. These guests ate most of the breakfast each morning so we had little left. Their hygiene habits and use of marijuana as well as production of trash made public spaces uncomfortable. At the very least we should have been notified of the situation. The cost for our five rooms should have been discounted.

Staff was great so had no issues there! Our room was perfect! Issues were relating too unpleasant smells. The whole 4th floor reeked of weed and the fifth floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Also, our friends room had a bad odor like rotten onions or something. Other than that, everything was fine but I’d probably stay elsewhere next time due to the smell since they don’t enforce the non-smoking policy.

We ate breakfast 3 mornings and never any forks. I had to eat my french toast with a spoon. when we asked she said she was out. The coffee was food, our kids loved the pool. we liked that we had a kitchen area in our room. saved us on snacks and eating out all the time. they never asked to clean our room. our garbage plied up for a few days. overall we enjoyed the hotel the price and the area

Location is extremely bad. Immediately after reaching the hotel, a homeless man with a gun approached us. We were all scared to death and left immediately, and did not stay. I will not recommend this hotel to any family.

Service was great! Room was clean and spacious. Pool was not heated unfortunately. And the poor breakfast attendant had to fight for her life keeping forks washed as soon as others were done eating because they dont have enough.

I frequently book this hotel. I applaud the front desk personnel for their professionalism and willingness to assist at any moment. I recently had contact with an employee (may have been a manager, or should have been) who assisted with an issue with the cable box on the TV. His professionalism and cordiality was top tier.
