We stayed in the Kentucky Derby unit on lower level. The unit itself was very nice with nice finishes and a lot to offer. Host was good with communication and easy to work with. The unit was very clean, but the floors were cleaned with something that made them very very slippery. The outdoor area wasn't the cleanest and kind of felt like it hasn't had much attention in awhile. With this unit you take the risk of having loud people above you, which we did but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. Overall, still 5 stars and I would 100% stay there again.

Comfortable

We had a full house and yet plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool too. Great little gem just minutes from downtown activities.
