I have now stayed at Playa Grande five times and will go again. The hotel is beautiful, the food is solid and the pools are spotless. But what makes Playa Grande special is the staff, the kindest, friendliest people in Cabo!

Overall, a very nice property with a few exceptions. Very low quality televisions in our suite. Surprising for a high-end resort. Lamps in suite beaten up and in poor working condition. Got food poisoning yesterday morning at the Playa Grande’s Calima restaurant. Pretty much ruined our last day on property. Spa services below par in quality, particularly staff attitudes. Unlikely to return. By far the best employee we dealt with all 9 days was Daniel on the pool server staff. He was amazing!
