This hotel is walking distance to the restaurants and stores. We would walk around in the evenings and the lights, breeze, and vibes were amazing. The suites felt like home. It has a whole kitchen, living room, dining table, and separate bedrooms. The staff was friendly and always greeted us.

We check-in easy. Even got upgrade to a luxury unit which was a big plus and nice surprise. Resort is very large. be ready to walk. The view is amazing, with the Marina. Room was very comfortable and well furnished and maintained with daily housekeeping. The food was a bit expensive. If you dont buy the all inclusive, no worries But there's a lot of options with nearby restaurants . We'll be back in the near future here

Everything was great. Food was great. Service was excellent! Room was very large and clean. Two girls traveling alone felt very safe. Balcony with great ocean view. Construction noise during daytime pool hours was annoying and created a lot of dust.

We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Grande. The pools were amazing, great food offerings and close to the marina. We felt safe and the property was clean and well managed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We hope to clme back again next time.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort. It has a great layout and a fantastic swim mop bar with a very friendly staff. The only partial comment is the food selection was more limited than I am used to for a resort. I highly recommend requesting access to the ‘Ridge’ area.

Absolutely beautiful resort with extraordinary staff, the most friendly people, excellent food, fun activities and very safe. Some construction going on, but we didn’t notice much over the music at the pool and rooms were very quiet.

This was our first time at this resort and overall it was great. We got upgraded to the nicer section of the resort and our room was nice and big. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was very expensive, it was nothing special. We would go out for dinner. Lots of walking distance restaurants & it was easy to get an Uber. My only complaint was that the building we were in was far from the main lobby. It seemed like a hike to go down to the lobby (there were two hills) and there was only one way to get our building. Being 6.5 months pregnant in the middle of summer it was not fun to have to do this whenever we left the hotel. Overall had a pleasant stay and would stay again. The kids pool was great.

The property and the staff was very nice, but the place was under construction, and it wasn’t nice to be in the pool with all the dust. All the food in the hotel was very medium and very expensive.. but we found a lot of restaurant around the area that was amazing.

Terrible experience! This property has been under construction since May but they say nothing of this when booking. The main pool areas are directly under the construction with noise so loud it’s wild and construction dust flying everywhere. We were in the very back of the hotel (15 min walk) where we had another small pool since we were with our kids. We brought our concerns to the managers and they would send us in circles avoiding getting us some type of refund for our vacation in a construction zone. Super disappointed as this was not at 5k experience by any means. Tell people what they are signing up for!
