Everything was great. The only complain we paid extra to have an ocean view. But our room on the 3rd floor was so low we only had a view of the pools and some glimpses of the ocean between palm trees. I would categorize our room as pool side view and not ocean view.

Hotel was pretty clean. The food is good. Service is good. But the room was not clean enough.our carpet which is under the bed was pretty dirty. I don’t know why they put carpet. Carpets can collect a lot of dirt, dust, and bacteria.

The room and staff was very nice. My concerns were with: 1. Concierge - Upon checking in we were asked about dinner reservations so we gave dates, restaurants, and times. We were told that the reservations were made, but they were not. Next night we had to go offsite to eat as we didn’t have a dinner reservation. Texted the concierge and she said we had to go see her again in person, yet were told by restaurant hostesses that we could call or text the concierge with reservations. Anyway, we went to talk to concierge and made reservations, but the times we were told we’re NOT the times of the reservations. We were told 6.30 every night at varying restaurants, but one night there was again no reservation, the next night was set up for 8.30pm, and next night was 8pm. Frustrating! 2. Spa - we went to the spa on our last full day for a group, 3 people, massage. The charge was roughly $280 per person so about $900 total. Upon checkout, I found that we had been charge 3x for the same spa visit so $2,700 for 3 people. The front desk got it resolved but how does that happen when you have to sign everything? Nice resort but you shouldn’t have these types of issues, especially when you purchased the “all-Inclusive” option. There are 4+ restaurants with lots of empty tables. I see how reservations are helpful but you shouldn’t be forced to eat off site if the concierge makes a mistake. Will certainly think twice about staying here in the future.

The rooms were always well cleaned and had turn down service everyday. The pool and restaurant service was amazing. A couple of staff members like Rene @ Noi the Italian restaurant was super amazing also labredo by the pool was always very helpful Overall the trip was amazing despite a small mix up for the New Year’s Day celebration which was handled the next day and followed up on to a resolution

The resort was clean, not too crowded, the staff were friendly, and the food was amazing. I’ve been to other resorts in Cabo that were all inclusive. Garza Blanca hands down has the best food. The rooftop bar is really nice and cool hangout place.

We’ve been to a lot of AI resorts, Garzas food by far is one of the best! Customer service- amazing. The resort is beautiful, clean rooms with quality furniture, hardware, we can’t wait to go back!
